I have a '64 Gladiator in that same green paint. Parkway green. It's my favorite color in the Jeeps of this era.

My 17 year wants one of these but I worry about 40 years of safety technology missing. accident wise how safe are these old beauties?

I recently inherited an 86 Toyota Pickup and it’ll be my first project car. This video is my new inspiration for some of the things I want to do to it. I want to replace the suspension and possibly get some extra height, but I don’t want a body lift. How did you get the 2in lift? Any recommendations for how to do it properly would be appreciated!

Beautiful, but I can imagine that this has some sort of sentimental value to the owner, dumping this money into 01 Sequoia is bananas. No one is going to look at this Sequoia and think its not a rotted out old truck, until they look underneath of course, but who would.

Incredible, all that work… how much does a job like this cost? Ive got a 87 4runner that could use restoration.

These older trucks are far better than today's junk. Restoring them to factory new is expensive but still not as expensive as an off the showroom floor new one and you'll have basically a new truck that you'll likely have a reliable trouble free long future with. These new vehicles today are way overpriced loaded with crap electronics and factory recall after factory recall.

Where did you find a lift kit for it? I'm helping build a 1970 j2000 and can not find a lift kit anywhere all I can find is for j 10/j20 and I was told those are different then the j2000

This is my best friends dads truck it was on its way to my parents house where we were taking my lift off of my 84 extra cab when it crapped out we pulled it down the road the rest of the way with my jeep and out the springs in and new bushings. And then it say for 8 or so years before he brought it till Greg. The springs are still on it today.

Is it usual to spray the frame without compete disassembly of chassis and suspension components? Springs, hangers, bushings, bolts, axels, etc?

I bought an EFI in 87 and loved it so much! it was stolen in NYC and I found it the next day- kept it for a long time- now I drive a 2017 tacoma, I like it very much , but wish I had that EFI
